Office 2019

What does it Feature?

Office 2019 features classic versions of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel,and Word. The Windows version also comes with Visio 2019, Project 2019, Access 2019 and Publisher 2019. Though Office 2019 apps don’t receive feature updates, they receive regular stability and security updates. Office 2018 suits volume-licensed customers looking for the latest Office applications for hybrid or on-premises deployment.

OneNote for Windows 10 replaces OneNote 2016 to give users the OneNote experience on Windows PCs with Office 2019 and Office 365. Microsoft didn’t make any changes on OneNote for Mac users. PC and Mac Requirements

Microsoft Office 2019 is compatible with the three recent MacOS versions and Windows 10. Your Windows PC should have at least 1.6GHz processor, 2GB of RAM (32-bit), 4.0GB of available disk space, .NET 3.5 or higher and a screen resolution of 1280 x 768. It should also run on Windows 10 or Windows Server 2019, DirectX 9 graphics or later and the latest Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Chrome browsers.

System requirements for Mac include 4GB of RAM, Intel processor, 10GB of available disk space and a screen resolution of 1280 x 800. Office 2019 has no graphics requirements for MacOS devices. However, the MacOS devices should have the latest Safari browser. Some functionalities of the program require an Internet connection.

PC and Mac Requirements

You’ll need a PC that runs on Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016, Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 to install Office 365. The PC should also have at least 1.6GHz processor, 2GB of RAM (32-bit), 4GB of available disk space and a screen resolution of 1280 x 768. The PC should have the DirectX 9 graphics card or later and have the latest browser version installed.

A MacOS device should have Intel processor, 4GB of RAM, 10GB of available disk space and a screen resolution of 1280 x 800 to support Office 365. The device won’t need any graphics to install the software. However, it should run on one of the three most recent MacOS versions.

Microsoft allows you to enjoy a 30-day free trial of Office 365. You’ll need to purchase a license from the company to enjoy the commercial version of Office 365.
